Standard Delivery Australia: starts from $9 

Small fee applies for bulky/heavy orders

Light Shipping: $5 (Australia) 

Ordering just a greeting card or two or perhaps a face mask? If your order weight is lesser than 50 grams, you can opt for this option. Tracking is not provided with this cost friendly option. If you need a tracking number, please select the standard shipping option at checkout. Light Shipping delivery timeframe is the same as standard shipping.

Photo proof of shipping can be provided on request. Claims of lost parcels will not be refunded/resent.

• Major Cities: 2 - 6 business days
• Rural/Regional Areas: 4 - 8 business days
• If items are being restocked, dispatch times will be mentioned in the product description.
• Some remote areas in WA, NT and SA may have different delivery times (lesser than 6% of orders)
• Areas affected by Covid-19 restrictions or flooding/other weather conditions may have different delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 
• Check terms for Christmas cut off dates.

Light Express Shipping: $10  

For orders under 50 grams (greeting cards/masks). Comes with tracking. Delivery Time 1-3 business days.

Express Delivery Australia: $15 +

Shipping charges are weight based, start from $15

Express Delivery Time Frame: 1-2 business days (Australia Post Express Zones - 80% of Aussie Addresses), 2-3 Business Days for Addresses outside Australia Post express zones.

After Pay: This payment option is available on orders over $60

Wrong Shipping Addresses:

Kindly double check the shipping address before placing your orders. Providing a wrong/non existent shipping address will cause the courier service to return your order back to us. If this occurs, we will contact you regarding a refund or resending of your items. Resending parcels will require an additional delivery fee. In case you realized you placed an order with the wrong address, contact us asap so we can correct it before the order is dispatched.

International Shipping New Zealand: $20 (AUD)

In case your order is over 500 g, charges are added depending on overall weight.

Kindly allow 5-14 business days depending on your location. Check terms for Christmas cut off dates.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (rest of the world): starts from $25 (AUD)

Exact shipping charges will be calculated at checkout depending on weight and location. Please allow 3-4 days for dispatch.

Different countries have different restrictions on import of goods and so we cannot always ship everything to you. We appreciate your understanding.

Certain products are allowed to be shipped to you, but may incur customs or import fees to be paid by you to your local government. Austpicious does not take any responsibility for these local charges to your order, if any. Austpicious reserves the right to cancel/amend your order if it is beyond the access of our shipping carriers. You will be emailed and promptly refunded.

International Delivery Timeframe: Kindly allow 9 - 15 business days depending on your location.
