Changed Your Mind?
We understand that sometimes you would like to change your mind. I sometimes order a salad and almost always regret ordering pasta instead. It happens to all of us. If your order is not yet processed (packed and shipped), we can offer you a full refund, store credit or an exchange (whichever you prefer). Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same if the order is already processed. We generally process your order within 24 hours, so write to us as soon as possible.
Had something else in mind? You can change your mind after you receive your order too. Just send the item back to us in its original packaging and in pristine condition, and we will provide you with a full refund (email us for return address). Kindly return the item within 7 days from when you receive it. Change of mind shipping cost will not be covered.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:
We take utmost care to make sure your order is delivered to you in pristine condition. However, we understand humans can err and things can happen in transit, so if your order received is not up to the mark, write to us at support@austpicious.com with photo/video information as soon as its delivered and we will work it out with you for an exchange, return or refund.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Kindly note, all returns, refunds or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the items.
The shipping times/delivery time frame is a guide only. Request for refunds for parcels delivered just outside of this time line will not be processed. If your parcel is delivered exceptionally late, then you will be issued a refund after products are returned.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We take care to package your order in the best way possible, so it arrives in good condition. However, if your order has items that were damaged in transit, is defective, or is something you did not order, write to us at support@austpicious.com with photo/video information as soon as it is delivered and we will issue you a refund or an exchange, depending on available stock.
Wrong Shipping Addresses:
Kindly double check the shipping address before placing your orders. Providing a wrong/non existent shipping address will cause the courier service to either deliver it to the wrong address or return your order back to us (non existent address).
If your order gets back to us (non existent address), we will contact you regarding a refund or resending of your items. Resending parcels will require an additional delivery fee. Refunds if any, will be made minus the initial delivery charge.
In case your address entered is wrong (but existent), your order will not be sent back to us. In this case, you are not entitled to a refund/resend.
In case you realized you placed an order with the wrong address, contact us asap so we can correct it before the order is dispatched.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items:
Items that are 'seconds' will not be eligible for a return/refund. Exceptions will be made on a case by case basis.

Refunds:
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return (applicable for returned items), and let you know if the refund was approved or not (within 3 days). You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. An Acquirer Reference Number (ARN) can be provided to you for the refund transaction. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
